Misao was born a "cat girl" or "cat person" as most people here would call her, 21 years ago in Aerilon. She was the 5th child of 11, and the third girl born. Her family was both very high and low in the class system of the land. There family had served the Ravenloss (now Ravencroft) Family for countless generations, that being said, they did still serve. Though it had become more because the families were used to it and on such good terms. They may have been called "servants" but were never treated as lesser, though they were at times by outsiders (often leading to issues between kings).

So she grew up in the castle, and was often playing with Rune and all. Her family as a whole took it pretty hard when Rune's parents were killed because they were just like family. And none of them liked the kings brother. He was shifty and underhanded. Her family continued to serve simply because this was temporary, and Misao and the other kids still visited Rune and his sister, against "the kings" orders. Though things took a drastic change when the news reached them about Rune and his sisters disappearance. Despite supposedly searching for them, her family acted quickly to leave not just the country, but the island. Despite family heritage, that man hated anyone not human, and if his rule became permanent it wouldn't be safe.

Though, Misao and her mother got caught before they could get away, and well, given to the soldiers to do with as they pleased. After all for the first few years, there kind aged faster. But it only lasted for about a year. The soldiers got very careless and figured the collar around her and her mothers neck were enough. But the two had feigned being broken, and both managed to snap the chains and well, repaint the room shall we say. They then made there way to the harbor and managed to get passage on a boat, reuniting with the rest of their family and doing there best to integrate with society there. She was initially very shy around men, and after what happened some what playful touching resulted in violent reactions. She found herself at the academy and she was pretty well alone the first year. Though, her second year she got a surprise seeing Rune again. Though most looked at her as if she had snapped as she had screamed "master" at the top of her lungs and tackled him. Managing to send him to the nurse to deal with the bruises.

Rune of course told her he had no desire for her to serve him, he wasn't anything but a normal person, but, she was rather convincing. By which is meant she started to get and sound angry so he agreed out of fear. He of course barely tells her to do anything, aside from when it's needed to keep her in check, or because she's figured them out better deals with computers. She doesn't follow him around or anything, but she usually tries to stay near by.

She's kinda disappointed that it's her last year at the school, border lining on trying to find a way to repeat the year. She rather enjoy's it here, especially because she can always go train to vent. Or plenty of activities to do. And girls, plenty of girls. The one thing she wished she could do though is get the collar off. She's tried for years, and plenty of spells and everything else, but it really was well made to keep someone like her down. Most are afraid at this point the only spells strong enough to break it would kill her in the process. On the other hand, it did become good strength training for her legs, she actually forgets she has sometimes. She also avoids talking about it, for obvious reasons.
