Sabera - (Guaranteed x5 combo, 3 post duration. 5 post cool down.) - 90 MP
Memento Mori 2 - (Increases magic damage by 40% for one ally. Lasts for 3 Turns. Cool down is 4 turns.) - 75 MP

Halcyon (Mixed) Tier 3
Aeroga - (500 dmg + 25% dmg for those weak against wind. 3 post cool down.) - 120 MP
Sabera - (Guaranteed x6 combo, 3 post duration. 6 post cool down.) - 120 MP

Ruby Tier 1 (Attack Spells 2)

Fire (100 dmg + 25% dmg for those weak against fire.)
Dark (100 dmg + 25% dmg for those weak against darkness)
Thunder (100 dmg + 25% dmg for those weak against thunder/lightning)
All of these cost 40 MP to use and have a 2 post cool down and can be used as many times as the user wishes in one thread

Ruby Tier 2 (Attack Spells 2)

Fira (300 dmg + 25% dmg for those weak against fire.)
Darkra (300 dmg + 25% dmg for those weak against darkness)
Thundara (300 dmg + 25% dmg for those weak against thunder/lightning)
All of these cost 75 MP to use and have a 3 post cool down and can be used as many times as the user wishes in one thread

Ruby Tier 3 (Attack Spells 2)

Firaga (500 dmg + 25% dmg for those weak against fire.)
Darkara (500 dmg + 25% dmg for those weak against darkness)
Thundaga (500 dmg + 25% dmg for those weak against thunder/lightning)
All of these cost 120 MP to use and have a 5 post cool down and can be used as many times as the user wishes in one thread

RoseQuartz Tier 1 (Healing)

Cure (Heals for 25% of max HP) - 50 MP
Regen (Heals 25% of max HP over three posts) - 30 MP
Full-Cure (Heals all status elements) - 30 MP
All of these have a 2 post cool down and can be used as many times as the user wishes in one thread

RoseQuartz Tier 2 (Healing)

Cura (Heals for 50% of max HP) - 75 MP
Regen 2 (heals 50% of max HP over three posts) - 50 MP
Full-Cure 2 (Heals all status elements for ALL party members) - 75 MP
All of these have a 4 post cool down and can be used as many times as the user wishes in one thread

RoseQuartz Tier 3 (Healing)

Curaga (Heals ALL HP) - 100 MP
Regen 3 (Heals ALL HP over three posts) - 75 MP

Minor minion, since it takes a percentage of Eos's stats, it's cost to summon should be a percentage of her max MP I would suggest 50% since it has 10% of her HP yet has her full strength as its strength and also lasts until it is destroyed otherwise it's just far too low in cost and far too over powered for the cost you've given it. Especially since you can summon five of them altogether.

If you want it to be 200 MP cost? I would suggest you give it set stats. 600 HP, 200 STR. Nothing more than that.

No. I'm sorry but no. You can have them last until they're destroyed, you will NOT summon more than one per turn unless you have something that allows you too use your custom skills twice and you will not repeatedly summon minions. You will give it a max usage of five times per battle since you already stated above in the skill that it counts towards a minion count of five.

Now on to the next one.

mp: 0
Str: 75 % of Eos's Strength (minus weapon, item, or spell modifiers)

Again the same applies to this one.

Needs a percentage cost. 75% max mp for it. Unless you give it set stats. I would suggest 1000 HP, 400 STR and a x2 combo. Again you've given it a 5 minion limit, thus it will NOT be repeatedly summoned. You will limit it to five uses per thread (because it's more powerful than the other one). You will NOT summon more than one at a time unless you have something that allows you to use x2 skills. I would also say you should have a limit of 2 on the battle field at any one time.
