So you want to be an entrepreneur? You want to own your own business or shop? Here's the place to buy it. You can also claim any money you earn from your store/business here. Your employees will also earn cash for working for you. You simply claim the cash and what not every SUNDAY. Any claims before SUNDAY will be ignored and you will not gain cash for that week. If you wish to let your cash pile up then do so that is perfectly fine.

CONCERNING JOINT OWNERSHIPS!
Both owners pay the usual amount they'd pay for a single ownership HOWEVER. They both gain DOUBLE the benefits AS DO THEIR EMPLOYEES!

Rules
1. One character may own 3 different places at any one time. If they wish to purchase a new, bigger establishment they must either give the current one to an employee or sell it.
2. One character may work at five different places at any one time.
3. Small establishments may have up too five, and only five employees.
4. Large establishments may have up to ten, and only ten employees.
5. Wage claims are on sunday only.

This night club is in a 3 story building on the strip in Etandra, and is marked by having the clubs on the front, the "nightclub" portion in smaller less often noticed letters, and what looks like a real silver dragon curled up in a cave. When one steps in they either go down into the dance floor, or one of the tables along the side that is actually at ground level, and at the back raised up higher is the DJ booth. The Second floor has more seating in the forward half of it, with an area of one can look down to the dace floor below. The left side from seating to part of the back wall is the bar, and opposite that is a room to just chill out, between the two being an office that allows the owner to look out and down to keep an eye on things. The third floor has the small kitchen for the limited menu, the V.I.P. lounge, and the owners private main office.
