- Hiding what she is, she feels that she doesn't need to, and that gets her into trouble.

The child of a human female and a male vampire, and while she hasn't spent much time with her father, she know of him and has seen him a few times before. However, that was only after she had grown up enough to stand on her own. However that came after a chain of events that she would rather not remember, but at the same time, she has no choice but to remember it, because she promised herself, and her dead mother that she would remember it, because she was the one that caused it.

From an early age, she was trained almost nonstop to be an assassin, someone that was of the shadows and could move as silently and fluidly as the shadows. And given her half vampire blood she was able to pick up on a lot of this and even learn faster than normal. She had become one of the better students and assassins at the time, but she didn't lose touch with her emotions and feelings that still made her a human being regardless of what she might be deep down.

However, during the training she went through a period of time that she hadn't fed as she should have, and because of this, she had entered her very first frenzy and the results of that were rather bad. In the blood craze that she went into, she ended up killing a few of the other students, and then she had also killed her mother. It was by her own hands that the woman that she loved, the parent that she had was dead, and it was something that she would never forgive herself for. Even to this day, she still hasn't forgiven herself for those events.

After she had returned to her senses, she was covered in blood and the sights that she saw were burned into her mind. And it was then that she grew and matured quite quickly. To ensure that nothing like that would ever happen again, she made a promise to her mother, to the others that she had killed, and to herself that she would never allow herself to be that lost to the blood craze again. And to this day, she has never lost control of herself to that limit again. She does train herself to keep some level of control when she's in that state, if only to prevent herself from harming anyone that she might grow to care about again.

Her shadow stepping skill only works for her, she can't be holding another person while doing it. It would cancel the shadow step if she even tried.

While she can still go into a frenzy if she goes too long without feeding on blood, she still has a level of control to where she wouldn't harm those close to her.
