Despite everything, it was a cheerful day for Link. The dull, overcast sky made the temperature drop, causing him to wear his winter gear (heavier pants, tunic, and hat). Yet, Link still strode out to the outer field with a content grin on his face. It was a great day out, even if his nose and ears felt as though they'd fall off at a moment's notice.

He stretched, then yawned, looking up as the first snowflake fell. He looked around as more snowflakes began fluttering about like thousands of tiny, white butterflies. It was an amazing sight, and Link decided to stand there, tilt his head back, and let the snowflakes gently drop on his face, eyes closed. He found beauty in most anything, even when, during his adventure as a child, he felt at his worst, he would look to nature for happiness. The trees, the sun, the clouds, the rain, everything had a beauty of some sort. Just had to have the patience to find it.

He turned slowly, and walked over to a tree, leaning up against it as he looked out to the snow blanketing the countryside, his equipment hitting the tree with a clink. He closed his eyes again, silently listening to the snow as the light, barely audible patter of the flakes hit the ground.

((Yerp. Short, but it's an intro.))

Giving a slightly huffed sigh the faerie fluttered around the academy campus. She was attempting to dodge the now falling snowflakes. Oddly in her current size the snowflakes could be a bit heavy if more than a few dropped on her, especially if they happened to hit her wings because then her wings would stick together and she'd fall. It wasn't pleasant. It was like rain, she had to dodge it like it was hell fire falling from the skies.

Slowing her pace as she zipped by someone as a green floating ball of flying light she turned back, a tree! Wait. Link! That made her smile before she zipped right towards him and hovered in front of his face just for a moment. Under the hat she went. Smiling as she stayed under there she hummed slightly, his hair was warm and soft too so she half debated making a nest out of it.

"Link! Why're you out here in the cold?! I mean I'm grateful that you are because it means I had the perfect opportunity to hide in your hat where it's nice and dry and warm but still.... Aren't you cold?" Slowly she peered out from under one side and looked at one of his ears.

"Your ears look cold...." She commented, she could just zip out and hug his ear with how big she was right now and warm his ear up but that might just make things that little bit awkward. Not for her but for him yes. So she stayed where she was, her face visible and a slight glow emanating from under that ht of his.
