Yes that's correct, you can get munny for finished rp threads.

You'll get an extra 30 munny for each post you've made in the completed thread. All posts must be over one paragraph long in order for them to be deemed acceptable for this claim. If it's exactly one paragraph or under you will not get munny for that post.

This doesn't apply for plot threads. No one receives any extra munny for completed plot threads as they may receive items or munny during the plot anyway.
